How I Got Here

Welcome! I'm Tiffany, the founder and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner behind Southern Blessings Adult and Pediatrics. My journey into healthcare, and especially pediatrics—has been both deeply personal and profoundly guided by faith.My passion for caring for children began during my master’s program, where I completed most of my clinical training at a pediatric clinic led by a fellow CRNP. It was there that I discovered not only a love for pediatrics but also a vision for creating a practice that felt more like family than a facility.

In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I launched Southern Blessings Housecalls to ensure children continued receiving high-quality care in the safety and comfort of their own homes. Alongside this, I worked in an urgent care clinic that also served as a primary care provider, allowing me to form lasting relationships with many of my patients and their families. Three years later, with a gentle nudge from God (and a newborn on the way!), Southern Blessings Adult and Pediatrics opened its doors as a brick-and-mortar clinic. I returned to work just one week postpartum, because when you're called to serve, you show up.

My Practice

Thanks to the overwhelming love and support from our community, we quickly outgrew our original space and recently moved into a larger facility to better serve the growing needs of our patients. And even now, this new building is already filling up, something I never could have imagined in those early days of house calls and home visits. We are truly humbled and grateful for the trust families continue to place in us. Our clinic is built on the foundation of faith, family, and a whole-child approach to care. Every child we see is treated as if they were our own, receiving thoughtful, personalized attention, prayer, and compassion. You might even notice small Jesus figurines hidden throughout our exam rooms, a quiet but meaningful reminder that faith is at the heart of everything we do.

I’m not a traditional provider. I believe in holistic, relationship-based care and take time to truly understand each family's unique needs and dynamics. While my approach may not be for everyone, families who choose Southern Blessings know that their children are genuinely loved, prayed for, and cared for as part of our extended family.
